Dick Eastman has a rather unique background. As a songwriter for MCA Music during the 1980s, he worked in Hollywood and co-wrote tunes with legendary songwriter Bobby Hart that were recorded by the New Edition, Robbie Nevil, LaToya Jackson, Mr. T., and yes, even The Monkees!
